DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM announces that Robin Taylor, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company's Audit Committee, has informed the Company that the ordinary shares of Alfa Financial Software Holdings plc, of which he is a Non-Executive Director, have been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc, with effect from 1 June 2017.
