NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 26 May 2017, the Company paid a final dividend of 2.4 pence per ordinary share to all registered shareholders as at 5 May 2017.  The Company has been notified that on 1 June 2017, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plans ('SIP') purchased ordinary shares in the market to be held under the SIP as Dividend Shares.  Details of the number of Dividend Shares issued to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") are shown below:
