Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Paragon Group of Companies PLC (the "Company") announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 and DTR 5 the Company discloses the following information:

Date of cancellation:	1 June 2017
Number of ordinary £1.00 shares cancelled:	15,000,000
Percentage of voting rights attributable to the cancelled shares:	5.51%
Total number of shares held in treasury following the cancellation:	9,251,153
Total number of issued shares following the cancellation:	281,472,325
Total number of voting rights following the cancellation:	272,221,172
Percentage of voting rights attributable to the shares held in treasury following the cancellation of 15,000,000 shares:	3.40%

272,221,172 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
