Volvere announces that is has yesterday posted to shareholders notice of its annual general meeting, to be held at 10.00 a.m. at Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Inn, London WC1V 7QH on 29 June 2017 (the "AGM"), together with hard copies (for those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the Company) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.  

The Annual Report and the notice of the AGM will shortly be made available on the Company's website, www.volvere.co.uk.
