Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules Section 5.6.1 the Company notifies the market of the following:

Dignity's capital consists of 49,931,486 ordinary 12 48/143 pence shares, each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dignity under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
