The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

The Supplementary Prospectus dated 30 May 2017 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplements, updates and forms part of the Prospectus dated 23 June 2016 as previously supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectus dated 24 November 2016 (together, the "Prospectus") relating to a €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc.

The purpose of the Supplementary Prospectus is to incorporate by reference Severn Trent Plc's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2017.
