Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be used to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme for all employees.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 31 May 2017.  The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
