The Board of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (the "Company") has been advised that the Lehra Trust is a person closely associated with Mark Shaw, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as Mr Shaw and his wife, Leslie Shaw, are trustees (though not beneficiaries) of that trust.
