AGM Resolutions

CPPGroup Plc ("the Company") held its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 19th May at 2.00 pm at Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP. 

Resolution 7 was withdrawn prior to the meeting.
