Xaar plc (the "Company")

The "Grant of Options" announcement released on 18 May 2017 at 08:56 under RNS No 5295F should be disregarded. The volume in section 4(c)(2) has been amended to show 125,172. All other information remains unchanged.

Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 16 May 2017 the Executive Directors of the Company were granted the following nil priced share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"):

These options carry certain specific performance criteria which must be achieved prior to vesting when the options are ordinarily exercisable. The options will expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
