In compliance with rule LR 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules, Imperial Brands PLC announces that its Chairman, Mark Williamson, will, with effect from the conclusion of the Spectris Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 May 2017, be appointed as Chairman of Spectris PLC.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Williamson.
