The Board of Breedon Group plc, the UK's largest independent construction materials group, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Numis Securities Limited as the Company's joint broker, with immediate effect.  Cenkos Securities plc remains the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.
