Croda International Plc announces the following transfer of treasury shares to satisfy awards made under the Company's employees' share schemes:-

Following the above transfer, the total number of Croda International Plc ordinary shares in issue (excluding the total 3,731,314 ordinary shares now held in treasury) is 131,392,794.
