The Company announces that it has been advised that, on 11 May 2017, Blue Coast Private Equity L.P. ("Blue Coast") purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Blue Coast's total holding has accordingly risen to 11,785,693 Ordinary Shares or approximately 19.7%.

Mr Michael Rosehill, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a director of Blue Coast.  Mr Rosehill's direct interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 188,410 Ordinary Shares.
