Grant of Options

Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of intellectual property, is pleased to announce that its Board has granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to the directors below.

All options are awarded under the Company's Share Option Scheme, the Frontier IP Group plc Employee Share Option Scheme 2011.  The options have been awarded at an exercise price of 40 pence per share (being greater than the closing price of the ordinary shares on 10 May 2017) and the exercise period commences on the third anniversary of the date of grant and expires on the day preceding the tenth anniversary thereof.
