EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 10 May 2017 Mr Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for 2016, was granted award of 73,394 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The exercise price per share under the award is £1.9815. The market value of the award on the vesting date was 145,430 GBP.

The Company was advised on the same date of the following changes to the interests of the current Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares of USD 1.00 each ("Shares"):
