Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the independent digital media & social video broadcaster, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been sent to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.bravebison.io.

The AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Wednesday 21 June 2017 at the offices of Covington & Burling LLP, 265 Strand, London, WC2R 1BH.
