Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 is now available on XLMedia's website - www.xlmedia.com. The Company also confirms its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company website.

The AGM is to be held at 10:00 am on 24 May 2017 at Capita Registrars (Jersey) Limited, 12 Castle Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT.
