The Company has been informed that on 3 May, Mike Dugdale, Chief Financial Officer, sold 12,900 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a price of 300p per share, pursuant to a proposed transfer of Ordinary Shares to ISA accounts held by himself and his wife.  It is expected that the purchase of Ordinary Shares into their ISA accounts will occur on or around 8 May, following settlement of yesterday's share sale. A further announcement will be made in due course in relation to these purchases.
