Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting

Saga plc released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 January 2017 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 29 March 2017. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017 ("Notice of AGM") and Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy 2017 ("Form of Proxy") have been published and are being sent to shareholders today.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 22 June 2017 at Enbrook Park, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3SE.

In compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3) the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at  www.corporate.saga.co.uk:

·     Annual Report for the year ended 31 January 2017; and

·     Notice of AGM.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
