NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 April 2017 it granted an award under the Company's Savings-related Share Option Plan (the "Plan") to Simon Wallis, the Chief Operating Officer.  

An option was awarded over 7,346 ordinary shares of 24/58 pence each in the Company at a price of 245 pence per share. In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the option price represents a 20% discount to the closing middle market price of the Company's shares on 4 April 2017.
