Resignation of Director

Dukemount Capital plc, the high yield Real Estate and Investment Services Company in the property sector, announces that Peter Redmond is resigning as a Director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on his increasing commitments to his other business interests.

Commenting, Geoffrey G Dart, Chairman said: "We would like to thank Peter for all of his efforts in helping Dukemount to achieve its listing and wish him well with all of his future endeavours.
