Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 27 April 2017 that George Stewart, Operations Director and a PDMR had today purchased 9,102 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 223.96 pence per share.

Following this purchase, George Stewart now has a total beneficial interest of 9,102 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
