Interim Dividend

The directors are pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2018 of 5.75 pence per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend").

Dividends paid in the year to 31 March 2017 totalled 22.0 pence per share. The directors will not be proposing a final dividend.

The interim dividend will be paid on 26 May 2017 to those shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 5 May 2017.  The ex-dividend date will be 4 May 2017.

The Company operates a dividend re-investment scheme ("DRIS").  The latest date for receipt of DRIS elections so as to participate in the DRIS in respect of the Interim Dividend is the close of business on 12 May 2017.
