CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 April 2017 it cancelled 4,072,590 ordinary shares, which were held as treasury shares.

Following the above cancellation, the Company no longer holds any shares in treasury. The number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue is 491,980,216.
