Notification of Major Interest in Shares

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that the Company received notification on 21 April 2017 that Mrs D. M. Dixon is now a holder of 24,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 11.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
