Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that on 21 April 2017, Chief Financial Officer, Tony Dyer had sold 6,715 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at 270.6 pence per Share and at the same time his ISA purchased 6,715 Shares at a price of 270.6 pence per share.

Also on 21 April 2017 Mrs Lynette Dyer (Tony Dyer's wife) sold 6,665 Shares in the Company at 270.6 pence per Share and her ISA account acquired 6,665 Shares at 270.6 pence per Share.

Mr and Mrs Dyer's total interest in the Company remains at 403,090 Shares, being 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
