Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that he and a person closely associated with him have together sold a total of 100,000 Ordinary Share of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares")

The transactions took place on 13 April 2017 and comprised 50,000 Shares sold by Mr Robert Childs and 50,000 Shares sold by Mrs Mary Childs both at the same price of 1126.2014p

Following these transactions Mr Childs remains interested in 1,409,610 Shares

The Company has also been notified that on 13th April 2017 Mr Richard Watson Chief Underwriting Officer, exercised his option over 118,779 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each that had vested under the Company's Performance Share Plan, 10,000 of these Shares were retained in Mr Richard Watson's name and 108,779 Shares were sold.

Of the 108,779 shares, 89,874 shares were sold on the 13th April 2017 at a price of 1126.138 and as the sale could not be completed through the market the balance of 18,905 Shares were sold on 18th April 2017 at a price of 1124.7375p.

The Company has also been informed that on 18th April 2017, Mr Richard Watson used an element of his deferred bonus to purchase 41,972 Shares in the Company at a price of 1133.6322p.

Following these transactions Mr Watson remains interested in 643,193 Shares

All of the above transactions were executed in GBP.
