Posting of Report & Accounts and 2017 Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on 11 April 2017, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 will be available from 12 noon today on the Company's website at www.rockhopperexploration.co.uk. Hard copies will be posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them on 24 April 2017 together with the documentation for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 16 May 2017 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA. Details of the arrangements for the meeting will be posted on the Company's website in advance of the meeting.
