Sound Energy, the African and European focused upstream gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 has today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting will be held at The Auditorium, One Moorgate Place, Chartered Accountants' Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA on Tuesday, 23 May 2017 at 10:30 a.m.
