Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist services and engineering group, today announces that that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, along with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available for download on the Company's website, www.tpgroup.uk.com, and will be sent to shareholders shortly.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 25 May 2017 at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Abbots House, Abbey St, Reading, West Berkshire RG1 3BD.
