Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

*J.P. Morgan Securities plc bought 55,169  shares at an average price per share of 843.5140p and sold 54,851 shares at an average price per share of 844.6000p

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 1,316,353 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 10,544,060.80
