DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 January 2017, the Company confirms that Chris Taylor has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 9 April 2017.

Alastair Miller, a current independent Non-Executive Director on the Board, has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee to replace Chris in this role.

The Company has appointed Spencer Stuart, a firm of executive search agents, to assist it in the recruitment of a new Non-Executive Director and the search process is progressing. The Company will update the market on the appointment of a suitable candidate in due course.
