Gamma Communications plc  (AIM:GAMA) announces that the Annual General Meeting  in respect of its financial year ended 31 December 2016 will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, 22 May 2017 at its offices on the 4th Floor, Holland House, 1-4 Bury St, London EC3A 5AW.
