On 05 April 2017, Computacenter plc was notified that Gregory Hugh Lock, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had on 05 April 2017, transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 7 5/9 pence of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust for nil consideration. The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust is a charitable trust of which Gregory Hugh Lock is a Trustee. This transaction represented approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital.
