NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM; PGH) a leading provider of employee services in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Monday 3 April 2017. These are available from the Company's investor relations website at http://www.personalgroup.com/Investors in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday 26 April 2017 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.
