Director and PDMR Dealings

and Issue of Equity

The Company announces that certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company have today been allotted, subject to Admission, a total of 2,600,143 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a consequence of the vesting of awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plans in 2014 ("2014 PSP Awards").

The table below sets out the number of new Ordinary Shares that each Director and PDMR has received:

*The 2014 PSP Award to Peter Tom CBE was granted to Rise Rocks Limited, a company in which Mr Tom has a beneficial interest, which provides the services of Mr Tom as Chairman to the Company.  

The Company has also awarded a total of 276,819 new Ordinary Shares, as a consequence of the vesting of awards, to other employees. The Company has applied for the total of 2,876,962 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to occur tomorrow, on 4 April 2017.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 1,413,952,286 ordinary shares of no par value.  The above figure (1,413,952,286) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
