("Breedon" or the "Company")

Grant of SAYE Options

The Company has today been notified that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") are intending to participate in the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme").

Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, the PDMRs listed below are committed to making contributions over a five-year period.  As at 1 May 2022 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's ordinary shares which have been granted at 63.8 pence per ordinary share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, the PDMRs listed below would have an option over the number of shares in the Company set out below.
