Statement re sale of shares by Malone Finance Limited

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") has been notified that Malone Finance Limited has sold 100,000 shares in the TBC PLC on 29 March 2017.

Malone Finance Limited, an affiliate of the Georgian Co-Investment Fund ("Malone"), has previously bought shares in connection with a derivative instrument entered into with Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of TBC PLC respectively.  

After the sale of these shares it is understood that the total number of shares in TBC PLC held by Malone is 1,036,596.
