Grant of Options

Eckoh has today granted options over ordinary shares of the Group to the following PDMRs under its Eckoh plc Share Option Scheme 1999 ("the Scheme").

The options have an exercise price of 39.50 pence per share and become exercisable subject to the share price exceeding RPI plus 15% after the third anniversary of the grant date and are subject to continued employment.

The Scheme, agreed with major shareholders and the second annual award under a three year plan, is part of the Group's long-term incentive arrangements to align the interests of shareholders and executives.
