Voting Rights and Capital

During the month of March 100,000 shares were allotted to the Employee Benefit Trust and therefore Treatt's capital consists of 52,905,170 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trustees Limited, under which voting rights are waived, is 1,035,679.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 51,869,491.

The above figure (51,869,491) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
