Total voting rights

Palace Capital announces that the Company has in issue, as at the date of this announcement, 25,150,692 ordinary shares of 10p each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). This figure excludes the 649,587 Ordinary Shares now held in treasury.

The aforementioned figure of 25,150,692 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in Palace Capital as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if there are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
