AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 October 2016, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website.

The AGM will be held at Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge, Fulham, London SW6 1HS at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 25 April 2017.
