Result of Annual General Meeting

Aukett Swanke Group Plc (the "Group"), the international group of architects, interior designers and engineers is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The directors reported at the time of the annual results that in view of the slowdown in the UK and regulatory requirements in the UAE any decision regarding a final dividend would be deferred. These circumstances still prevail, and whilst the company's net cash is unchanged, the directors consider it prudent to retain cash at this stage.
