JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces the following transactions in its shares by the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") identified below.

In accordance with the Company's DBP rules, nil cost share options in the Company's Ordinary shares were granted to the PDMRs as follows:

The period during which the options are exercisable is 29 March 2020 to 29 June 2020.

In accordance with the Company's LTIP rules, share options in the Company's Ordinary shares were granted to the PDMRs as follows:
