Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016

The Directors of Ebiquity are pleased to announce that subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the AGM on 10 May 2017 the Company will pay a final dividend as follows:

Record Date**                                                   5 May 2017

Payment Date                                                    26 May 2017

Dividend per share                                             0.65 pence

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend

** Shareholders must be on the Company's share register on this date to receive the dividend
