Dividend Payment

Saga plc ("Saga" or "the Company") announces the following timetable for the payment of the final dividend. Saga offers a share alternative in the form of a dividend re-investment plan ("DRIP") for those shareholders who wish to elect to use their dividend payments to purchase additional shares in the Company, rather than receive a cash payment.

Dividend timetable

Record date	12 May 2017
Last day for DRIP election	5 June 2017
Pay date	30 June 2017

Payment of the final dividend of 5.8p per share remains subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting.
