Change in Director's disclosable interest

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, today announces that following the sale by Webpals Enterprises Partnership Limited ("WELP") announced earlier today, the disclosable interest in the Company of Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, has changed. Due to Mr. Weihs' indirect economic interest in WELP (but with no voting rights attaching to), the sale by WELP has reduced his indirect holding in the Company by 4,474,006 ordinary shares.

In addition, Mr. Weihs purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company directly.

As a result of the transactions above, which were completed at 110 pence per share, Mr. Weihs' interest is now 3,650,000 ordinary shares (approximately 1.82% of the Company), which are all held directly.
