Change to Chairmanship of the Board Nomination Committee

Saga plc ("Saga" or "the Company"), the UK's specialist in products and services for life after 50, announces that, following Philip Green's departure from the Company on 31st March 2017, Orna NiChionna will take over Chairmanship of the Board Nomination Committee with effect from 31 March 2017.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.  There is no change to the membership of the Nomination Committee.
