The Company has been advised that Ken Pattullo, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options granted to him at an option price of 36.69 pence over 150,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"). The Group has elected to satisfy the option through the issue and allotment of 40,478 fully paid up Ordinary Shares for which it has applied to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Group's other Ordinary Shares.
